Default advise welcome

ok guys i have being trying to bulk up in the past few mounths
going ok . my current workout i think im over doing it because it feels like my arms and chest are about to fall of every day.ha ha
im doing mondays,thursdays is chest,tris,shoulders. wendesday is legs .tuesday and friday is back, and bis each work out last from 1 hour to 1and a half hours
i power walk 5 days a week for 30 mins saturdays i walk for 45 mins my eating habits are good 6 days a week and sundays is cheat day yum yum
i eat so much like 6 to 7 meals a day im nearly chucking up after each meal
now i want to start a new work out for monday morning so if some one can give me some idea of a good bulking workout it would really be good im doing 4x10s in every work out

its not a bad thing that you can feel it in your arms and chest after each workout, thats good, you should always be challenging your muscles, as long as its a good pain and not real pain which could be an injury.

try hitting each muscle group even once per week, sometimes less is more you know, building muscle takes a lot of rest time so doing each muscle group once per week gives you a week for your broken down muscles to recover and build. providing you are really tearing your muscles up each workout.

remember your 6/7 meals a day are supposed to be small meals not large ones. its just to keep your metabolism burning at a fast rate, eating large amounts will supress your metabolism and result in you gaining weight.

apart from that sounds like your doin ok. in my opinion lol.
