Default new diet any good

i have this new diet i wanted to check out. i have to mixed (fruits yogurt milk)whey protien shakes a day one for breakfast and one for lunch and i eat a small dinner . i can have snacks like fruits and nuts but no refined sugars. is this ok second question is can i whey protien make u fat if u work out a friend told me it can

Wow where to start?

The diet sounds like junk man. Why don't you post a bit more in detail?

Also some stats would be helpful (height, weight, etc.) What are you're goals? By the looks of your attempting to cut some fat?
