Hi guys, im new to this site and joined in hopes of changing my body. Anyways, i recently started weight training and have seen some strength gains, but definitly not any size gains. Moreover, i got this stuff at my house called Muscle Milk. Now i have no idea what how this happened, but the label disappeared. So I got a few questions for people who use this stuff or might know something about it. First of all, about how many times a day and do i take this stuff? I think it was 2 but id like to make sure. Also, what is a standard serving? Like how much of this stuff should i mix with a glass of milk? I also have a question about the best times to drink it. I workout at school first period, so I can take a glass of this stuff before i leave home, but that leaves a problem for the afterward drink. Obviously, they wont let me drink anything during school(atleast until lunch) so would i just take it as soon as i get home or is it better just not to take it at all?
Thanks __________________________________________________ ___________________________ Oh man, I tried this stuff yesterday for the first time. Unfortunatly, I hated it. I dunno if it was the flavor(bannana strawberry) or if it was the fact that i used it with milk, but the thing tasted like drinking a huge serving of pepto bismal. Ive heard that MM is one of the best tasting muscle growth products out there, now if thats true i cant imagine what others have tasted like. 2 scoops is a serving.
350 cals 18g of fat 720g of Potasium?... Cant remember exact 6g of carbs 6g of sugar 32g of protein Those are off the top of my head, but I know its 2 scoops = 1 serving.
