I agree with this 100%. I know we're all guilty of a little bad form every now and again, but it kills me to see what some people will do to get extra weight up. It scares me to watch. I know one time I did a little swing with my back when I was doing curls (it just kinda happened...) and I immediatly felt a pull in my back that was sore for a while. You definetly need to be careful!

Hmm, this is a good one. I have actually been having some elbow problems recently, possibly due to the 7-9 games of softball I play a week, haha. But that has translated into pain while lifting. I will have to give not locking out a shot.
