ok so im just lookin around at supplements online and stuff cuz i have nothin else to do. the usual 30 minutes prior to workout is on pretty much all the labels but ALOT of them also say to take them on an empty stomach. i workout in the early mornings so i always eat sumthing before my workout. and i just assumed thats wut u should always do. that working out on an empty stomach is just dumb. so is working out on an empty sttomach actually a good idea? thats basically wut my question is

man i recently started taking NO-Xplode and it says take on an empty stomach. I started taking it because i needed more endurance to last threw my workouts. I workout at like 6.30 am aswell so i thought it wud be perfect because i would have an empty stomach and would need to get up super early to eat before training. I started taking it and i have to admit it felt like it helped but without any food in me i would just feel so sick after my workouts, like i just wanted to throw up so badly! and plus it gave me headaches and stomach cramps and the ****s sometimes. Plus i cudnt eat for ages after workout cos i was feeling ill. Now am trying to sell my stuff. haha.
I did a workout other day with my training partner, i woke up late so literally took my noxplode and was out the door, thought it would have kiked in by workout though. But i just felt like **** threw the workout and just couldnt give it anything. That night i went again on my own to make up for it because i was annoyed with myself, ate some porridge about an hour before and took some dextrose tablets, (energy pills) and i was fine and the workout was awsome. I may keep it and just take it anyway before the workout on fed stomach and see if it helps but i wont be investing in it again probs.

Never workout on an empty stomach like Jlo said thats just retarded. Alot of that crap will give you the running shlts if taken on an empty stomach. I took the NOxplode on a full stomach and like the results just fine.

You guys arent eating right before you workout are you? I typically eat 1.5 hours before workout. If i take a supp 30 minutes before then the food has had an hour to digest so stomach is fairly empty and the supp works fine. If i take no xplode right after a meal i dont feel sh!t.

yeah i usually get up around 4-430 ish and eat first thing. get ready do any last minute homework and head to the weightroom at school and lift around 7. so my food is plenty digested by that time. so ill stick with that instead of the empty stomach crap lol. my friend decided to workout this morning on just a glass of orange juice. basically he saw that same glass of orange juice halfway thru the workout
