anyone else have this problem with a high protein diet?

It gives me regular and awful stinking farts. Bloody embarassing too, and what my family must think I dont know. Please tell me i am not alone, as i am convinced it is my diet which is the cause.

mate dont feel bad i have been bulking for the past 3 weeks and mate i reckon if i bottle them up you could make some chemical bombs with them
my wife and kids complain every day.
the worst thing is that i own a homewares shop and im dealing with lady custermers every day thats bad.

Try taking a digestive enzyme a couple times a day. I particularly make sure to take one prior to my AM egg protein.

It's normal it's your stomach that isn't completely ready for high protein, continue your diet, the farting problem with lessen over the week.
