Default working out late

since i always work out 9 -10pm should i still have my pwo shake with alot of carbs or just have protein as i dont want the carbs to store as fat!

I think most people will advise to go ahead and have the carbs for glycogen replenishment and post-workout insulin spike.

Are you sure you can't find time in the morning? I get up at 3 am to be at the gym by 4:30 am to lift every m-w-f so I don't have to workout that late. With that being said, go for the glycogen replenishment.
