Default little chest gain

Ive been lifting for about a year now and ive made some pretty solid gains. However, my chest seems to be lagging. Not just in physicque(sp?) but also strength. I try to keep my diet as clean as possible and I do eat alot, but when it comes to benching, i just cant move weight. Ive been stuck on the same weight for a while. Any tip or suggestions?

Go super heavy.

Flat 2 sets x 2-4 reps. Incline 2 sets x 2-4 reps., and cable cross overs 2 sets x 10-15 reps.

Post your training routine in detail and in full...not just your chest workout.

Without knowing your diet and routine, I'd guess you need to train the triceps, think compounds:

Close-Grip Bench Press
Reverse-Grip Bench Press
Dips
Skull Crushers

Fvck Kickbacks
