OK I just dug up the old one since I didn't know what the rules were. I guess maybe allow until the 15th to get up the pictures, and end Sept 15 also?

Let's make it official, the whole next week will be beginning pictures. That way people can have more of a time window to get their hands on a camera (borrow or buy). It's based on the honest system. Do the date if you want, there's many ways to cheat, but right now there's no prize so nothing to cheat but yourself. Haha, even though I'm in, my money is on supra and tampa. Once we get the pictures, we might get in with the team. Sharing secrets and strategy and all that ahahah, right now getfit and tampa are already different in method already. It'd be cool if we split team like that, so what works for who.

One more thing, lets focus on pictures and not so much on numbers. Pictures don't lie. I'm just saying this because sometime guys show before and after pics that look no different but they are 10 lbs heavier in the afters.
So yeah, get pics by the 15th. It would be nice if everyone would start up a journal just so people could follow along - I believe that was one of the requirements last year. Also we should keep the pictures in a separate thread and keep more of the trash talking/general conversation in this one. |

Well, based on this bolded statement, pictures DO lie because you can gain 10lbs and pictures will show nothing. however, I think the first point you made is valid, change in a picture is the only thing that can be fairly judged on a forum.

I probably wont put on too much, I wanna try to put on 10-15lbs or so LBM or as lean as possible. Just gonna carb cycle and go all out on my high carb days haha.. still gonna be taking a fat burner.. I just hope i don't drink too much beer through out the summer

haha well they do have decent foods. Last time i went for a visit they had girlled chicken with veggies and rice. One of the head recruiters said they have "good for you foods" everyday. They also had pizza, cakes, brownies, cookies, every kind of soda, cereals, breads, sandwiches (good thing wayne doesnt go to my school), incase i need a cheat meal or 2 lol. Boyd was the one who took my BF measurement.
