like i said before is it ok if i get my start photos now then finish two weeks early.
In addition I am going to my local sports medicine centre who are doing a full review, can they be part of my results as that will let me know exact amount of LBM added on and a report that i can put on screen at the beginning and the end. so -is it LBM or looks as well. |

its gonna be a little tough to get the goal of not bein fat if your eating B.S. foods like that. eat good lean meats and whole grains to get the best lean gains not sh!tty foods like that. just because your bulking doesnt mean you can eat like sh!t. one of the biggest mistakes made when people want to bulk up.
