Can people actually do the same pose before and after? As in same place, same lightning, and not "I'm at my friend's place". It just makes things easier and more structure.

lol. yea foreal. no quick cycles during this contest. but i like the idea of the teams...even if we dont have coaches just split up the people. have a "captain" of each team and do a draft and we will see what team makes the most progress at the end. as in look at each person at the end and see how much they have improved on a 1-10 scale and the team with the most points wins...how bout that??

we could get some neutral judges like boyd musclesntx because i dont think he is doin this, hrpii if he's not doin it, traps, BG=LD,...3 or 4 judges if they are up for it and average the numbers they give and add up a total for each team and the team with the most wins and the single person with the most wins it all.

Numbers don't mean much on the internet. I think we should just go by look and have individual win, the team is just there to push and motivate.

guys can i get in on this as well it fits perfectly, have just started training again after a few years out and am heading to Ibiza for a week of clubbing on the 2nd september.
I dont care about being on teams or anything, it is just better motivation when other people are in the same boat. I have been running and off the weights for 3 years so the befores will give you a larf, I just hope muscle memory kicks in |
