What you said makes a lot of sense I could stay at a vey lean and call people a fat a$$ whereas the big guys can stay big and not cut and say I am a skinny mofo. I think a stone of LBM a year is not impossible. |

Lol, one guy submits pictures and I already know I lost, just imagine me looking exactly the same before, but a little fatter.
I did however actually meet a lot of my goals. Final Stats: Weigh:195 Bench: 215 would have had 225 easily by now if I hadn't killed my wrist in TX Box Squat: 255 x 1 Deadlift: 315 x 3 with improved form.

I guess we can't see it in ourselves but between those pictures I see a striking difference, you look bigger and leaner. Unfortunately when I got injured in TX, I let myself go a little and ended up fat. I was looking pretty decent at week 8 though!
