Man I can't wait to see how this turns out. How often are you guys weighing yourselves during this contest. I will probably weigh myself at the end of each month. Hopefully I can get 10 lbs out of this contest. More importantly I'd like to increase my lifts by at least 10%.

Im sure we all have a tub of whey protein in the mix But i am using whey,multi v, home made protein bars and some Muscle Milk for its micellar caseins or something like that before bed I think i may start up creatine loading or something idk how many of you guys are going to be taking creatine? |

I just copied and pasted this from my journal, this is usually just on the days I lift and i'll cut back on the carbs on days off/cardio.
Here is how my usual diet will look like: Current Weight: About 175lbs 8:00AM - 2 scoops of whey 1 1/4 cup of oats 1 banana Pro: 53.5 Carbs: 98.5 Fat: 9.5 11:00AM - PWO 2 scoops of whey 60g dextrose 5g creatine Pro: 40 Carbs: 64 Fat:2 12:00PM - PWOM 16oz skim milk steak/chicken/tuna/fish/beef rice/pasta/bread Pro:60+ Carbs: 80-100+ Fats: 10g 2:30PM tuna/chicken/steak/fish/beef/turkey 2 slices bread carrots Pro:40+ Carbs:36+ Fat:5 4:30PM turkey/tuna/chicken sandwich 2 slices bread/bagel Pro: 35+ Carbs: 30g Fat: 4g 5:30PM 5 g of creatine 30g dextrose CHASED with 1/2 scoop whey Pro: 10g Carbs: 30 Fats: 0 6:30-7:00PM - Dinner steak/tuna/chicken/beef/fish/pork veggies salad olive oil Pro: 40+ Carbs: 15g Fats: 15g 8:30PM- Snack Celery PB/nuts Pro: 8g Carbs: 10 Fats: 15 9:30-10:00PM 4 egg whites 3 whole cup milk Pro: 45 Carb: 12 Fats: 15g Total: Protein: 330+g Carbs: 395.5g that is w/ trace carbs and dextrose Fats: 75g TOTAL CALORIES: About 3,600 |

Im pretty small so my bulking diet is most people maintance diet but im looking to take in roughly 2,800 calories a day using a 40/40/20 ratio so each day i want roughly
280 protien 280 Carbs 50 Fat (If my math is right) To make it easier i just divide all that by six (meals a day) and when i go to eat i just dont stop eating until i get the right amount of calories so each meal i dont stop until i get roughly (at minimium) 46 protien 46 carbs 8 fat This is without counting Pre/During/Post workout nutirtion which adds anohter 300-600 calories |

Sadly, I'm probably eating about the same calories as theguns, my macros are a bit different but I can't share them. I put on weight pretty fast at this caloric intake and anything more and I'll just get even fatter.

lol but what good is that gonna do after the contest?
Maybe after summer we good have a fall cutters contest? lol But lets really try to work the prize out I think there is like 9 of us in the comp? evey1 give 6 bucks that $54 and the winner can spend it on the supplement(s) of his choice or maybe upgrade his home gym or maybe used towards a gym membership idk |
