I'm anywhere from one hour to two hours, depending on waits for equipment at the gym, whether I'm doing cardio (usually 1/2 hr by itself) and the day it is (legs, back/bi, or chest). Doing a better job of keeping it to about 1-1/2 on average though...from initial stretching to finish.
