witty has a spectacular aura about
Default interesting article, check this out

Wired 15.03: Be More Than You Can Be

STANFORD Magazine: July/August 2005 > Just Cool It

some guys at stanford developed these gloves that put your hands in a vacuum expanding your capillaries and veins, and the whole thing is refrigerated, it can also be heated depending on the outside temperature. the people wearing them are capable of performing incredible amounts of work compared to what they are normally able to do.

basically the major point was that the reason you get tired isnt because your running out of fuel or lactic acid buildup or anything, its because your body is overheating. the acid and whatnot is probably just a side effect of that, if you think about it, why shouldnt your muscles be able to rid themselves of it, or maybe theyre producing more than they usually would, because theyre operating over their optimum temperature. anyway the article is full of crazy stuff, its a good read.
