I think part of my large chest measurement is my back thickness - I LOVE working back/lats..... |

Hey bud are you sure your waist is only 38inches? not saying you look fat or anything but is that your jean size or tape measurement?

My jean size is way down from my tape size, i would say your waist is around 42inches.

No. Your actual waist size is usually 2-3 inches bigger than your jeans size. I wasnt real happy the first time i discovered that.

Well I measured my abdomen a few weeks back and it was 42 inches, so I'd say my waist is maybe 40 or 41. I'm going to go measure it now and come back Sorry Renegade

I wear a 32-34 pant and measure 37-38 around my belly button
depends on the pant cut and who makes it. Even when I was in a completely bad shape(skinnyfat) and my 32 pants fell off, I probably had a 36" around belly button, stupid belly fat

Yep - my Levi's are comfortable w/36 waist - tight w/34.
Another 10-15 lbs down and 34 will be fine though. Thanks for all the inputs - I guess I'll just keep focusing on improvements in the Traps, Biceps, Quads while losing bodyfat. When I start biking 20-40 miles three times a week, and swimming laps in April, the bodyfat will melt, I'll just have to try to balance my diet and lift enough to not lose too much muscle. I'd like to be at 225 or under by my June 5th triathlon..... |
