Default Been feeling weak lately

Anyone have a period when you just don't feel stong? I've been feeling weak for almost two weeks now. I haven't changed anything drastically in my routine. Supplements still protein and flaxseed oil. I did notice it takes me longer to warm up before I really get a pump when lifting. Just sharing my thoughts!

i feel like that sometimes to. it could be like jim said and that its just boredom.

i usually go by myself which tends to be boring alot of the time. try taking a friend who lifts similar weights. it kinda brings out our male competition spirit.

or maybe you should watch a rocky movie or something to get u motivated to work out. which will make u feel pumped as well.

- Try changing your routine weekly, you may be bored.

e.g. For Chest - Week Two - Bench Press the next Week Two Dumbbell Press then back to week One, your body wont get used to the same thing then and you can do it with loads of exercises.

Military press / dumbbell press etc etc etc

- Not eating properly or getting enough sleep

- Over training, doing to much, 3 exercises per muscle is enough dont over do the sets/reps

- Maybe you just need a week off ... everyone does at some point.

I do workout 5-6 days a week for the past 8 months. I do workout with another guy, who's a trainer. I am motivated. I do think i train to much, but if i don't go in to train daily I feel worse, like my body is so use to training daily that if I don't, I feel like crap. I am due to change my routine the beginning of Sept.

Youre training way too much. 3 days a week is all thats necessary. If you absolutely feel the need to do something on the other days then do some cardio but stay away from the weights. I just started lifting in October after a 10 year break and I went from weighing 170lbs and a only having a 165lb max on bench to weighing 180lbs and doing 225x6reps in 5 months lifting only 2-3 times a week and im 36 years old. You need a minimum of 48 hours of rest for your Central nervous system to recover. Cant do that if your training 5-6 days a week. Its counterproductive unless youre juicing.
