Default Advice on taking Supplements During School...

well ive taken weight training for my senior year...and i wanna take some supplements...

here are the supplements i plan to take:

Vyo-Tech Nitrobolic Extreme[preworkout]
cytosport muscle milk
dymatize bcaa complex
asc multipro 32x
ast micronized creatine[post workout]
fish oil


well yeah i wanna take those...and i wondering how can i take it during school? cuz i have it for 1st period...also i wanna get pumped before i workout...so i was planning to take the nitrobolic extreme before i get to school...but the only problem is...the pissing thing...cuz once i start taking nitric oxide or creatine i pee like crazy possibly every 5 minutes...and i want to try to avoid the pissing problem...

also whats the best way to take my protein, bcaa, and multi?

so like drink my protein when i wake up[6:45], post workout[8:45],after school [3:30], before bed [11:30]?

and take the bcaa like 45 mins before workout and 45 mins post workout?

multi in the morning and multi in the afternoon possibly afterschool?


well basically i just want fit my supplements during school and the whole day...

btw if i workout in the morning is it still good to take the micronized creatine after school because i want to avoid the pissing thingy[believe me i pissed like crazy when i took it during school hours]...

Just take a multi-vitamin and an amino acid complex after working out, really just forget about that other stuff for the moment cos im guessing that your just starting weight training and if thats the case get ready for some serious newbie gains.

actually i started working out since january but stopped for a month a half now and im getting back into supplements...also i used to workout every after school...

now since i have weight training i have to take my supps during school...

edit:

btw which would you recommend ast micronized creatine or vitargo cgl?

soo its ok to take the creatine after school right even though i workout in the morning?

I just take the old mono creatine myself alot cheaper and it works for me anyway, how much do you weigh?

Well at the moment you can still gain alot of muscle mass without it, for you to waste your money on creatine or nitric oxide would be insane as its for guys who need to push pass a Plateau maybe, spend your money on vitamins/Aminos and lots of muscle building foods.

Fishoil at lunch, micronized creatine PWO(if it really makes you go pee lots, ask to go in class , vitamin after workout, non workout days take it before bed, BCAAS pre or postworkout, it doesnt have to be 45min, it can be 5min, muscle milk whenever u cant eat in a class, some teachers suck hey

ic ok haha but if i do ask during class i might be going constantly like litterally every 10 minutes...and they might think i have a problem...but sometimes in some in my classes teachers just give you a limit on bathroom passes and my other classes is that you lose points...i know sucks huh...
