My hams were getting 'tight' and I was having trouble with my right heel. I've been trying to get back into the habit of stretching AM and PM. I'm happy if I get in a good 15-20 minute session once a day though.

Daily here! Helps with my Taekwon Do. I usually never stretch in the gym. Except my calves. Been nursing a calf pull/strain lately.

I learned to take stretching seriously at a young age, playing soccer and basketball, and its followed me ever since. The number one reason for bad form on exercises like squats and deadlifts is lack of flexibility.

i never stretch, stretching is bs, i played soccer competetively for 12 years and never stretched, not once, i find irony in the fact that my teamates who were into stretching everyday were the ones most injured, no injuries here in 12 years, so i would say fvck it don't stretch just warm up for atleast 10 mins
