I don't stretch either because i always forget to and would rather just get right into the weights...but I've heard that stretching before and after workouts helps your muscles grow...which would make me think that you would get bigger and stronger...is this true..?

Stretching increases the blood flow through your muscles, take that how you want it.

I've recently started taking stretching more seriously. I always played soccer and would do your basic 5-10 minute stretch, and when I stopped playing, I kind of stopped stretching.
I would just stretch to get my muscles a little loosened when I work out.

But, I'd like to elongate my muscles and stretching will help to do that.
So, I've been taking my time and stretching seriously for a few weeks now.

And...it doesn't hurt to be more flexible
