BTW, you CAN use it on your face, but it dries it out a lot. Either a good or bad thing, you decide. Plus it dries out your hands, so moisturize. PS. You have a weird family.

just take warm showers everyday that usually gets rid of them.... but if you want to go the extra mile go to the store and buy clearasil ultra 10% Benzoyl peroxide and apply to the bad spots i wouldn't recommend using it on your face unless your favorite color is bright red

Question: Wouldn't dish soap dry your skin out possibly causing more irritations?

No no! Stop! Dish detergent is horrible for your skin! Take it from me. I'm a girl and a licensed aesthetician (fancy word for skin care expert). If you need something for your back, here's what I recommend: wash affected area twice a day with a MILD cleanser (all natural is best!) and a SOFT bath pouf (harsh cleansers can actually make it worse by triggering your body's sebum production to make up for what's stripped away); Then apply an a topical treatment containing salicylic acid (this will keep your skin cells from piling up on eachother and clogging your pores); Once a week I recommend using a gentle exfoliant such as Juliet's Smooth and Clean (it's all natural and won't make you smell girlie!). Another great acne fighter is tea tree oil. A lot of health stores carry good products with that in it. If you're stuck for time you can wipe down with a disposable towel saturated with witch hazel (it's an excellent astringent and won't cause any irritations). If you must pick or have someone that picks for you, always make sure your hands are clean and treat the area when you are done. I don't recommend picking though! I'm happy to help if there's any more questions!
