have to use that stuff at night otherwise my face will sunburn. It works though.
If your going to use it during the day use some SPF 15 face lotion.

While benzoyl peroxide is good, too much can cause excessive dryness, cracking and flaking and redness. Use it only in 5% or less formulations.

Yes I do actually. My sweat glands also work very well. I sweat easy.

I just know its annoying to have them develop.

Proactiv didnt work for me, i used it and it got all the dirt out, but then after 2 months it was still just as bad, but my skin looked clearer but i was still breaking out, what was the point... i trashed that **** and now i use a neutrogena acne bar, every morning works like a charm!

What about the stuff used to dry out Poison Ivy. I think it's called Calmine Lotion? or something like that. I very rarely get a pimple, which I'm glad that I do not have to fvck around with this stuff, but this lotion might work. I never used it for pimples but I used a couple of time when I got Poison Ivy from cutting these plants in the back yard. It really dries out anything on your skin

I would take some extra zinc to help heal cystic acne. Talking to a dermatologist wouldn't be a bad idea if they're causing a lot of discomfort for you.

Guys, remember harsher is not better! You want to stick with mild things that'll help heal your skin, not aggravate the condition. Chamomile is great for inflammation and redness. I've fallen in love with a product called TRIOXIL. It's all natural and it really works. Also, there's a lot of new skin care lines out for guys now. Try a few here and there and see what works best for your skin.

Here's the link for Trioxil:

Another great acne fighter is tea tree oil. A lot of health stores carry good products with that in it. If you're stuck for time you can wipe down with a disposable towel saturated with witch hazel (it's an excellent astringent and won't cause any irritations). If you must pick or have someone that picks for you, always make sure your hands are clean and treat the area when you are done. I don't recommend picking though! I'm happy to help if there's any more questions!
pffffffft yea whatever...

everybody knows that dish soap is the sh!t, coming from a licensed aesthetician this is complete BS you fool

i also found a solution.

if you take a shower after your workout

1. use cold water all over your body to get sweat off (it closes the pores) then use hot water to open the pores *if you take a shower and dont workout in morning just use hot water

2. use a non-comedogenic soap all over the area and then use a brush to exfoliate.

i use :

+

3. pat dry your back and then after it has dried apply Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced lotion

4. after the AHA has dried apply Benzoyl Peroxide - i use 2.5% PM me and i'll tell you where to buy it.

*BP can stain clothing. wait till its completely dry and then its best to wear white clothing. so far it hasn't stained my clothing and i think if you wait till its 100% dry you will be good. This regimen is time consuming it takes 10-15 min.

i forgot to add, the AHA stuff says its for face and neck and for wrinkles. i found this regimen on a site and it was created by someone with bad skin. the AHA should be tested (use a small amount in a little area) on your back to see how it reacts. then if all goes well after a few days, apply it all over.
