I am 5'6 and at fall I benched 135 now that I'm back in shape for wrestling I rep 160 at ten reps I can do 180 at five but it burns me. I live to wrestle and always practice with my larger friend so I get my ass kicked all summer. I maybe win one match, but when I get in the ring against someone my size it's goin down. I do 3 sets of ten curls with 30's now. When I was in drunk surfer mode I did 25's barely lol/

Wrestling kicks a$$! Keep it up. Having a good practice partner is really important.

To answer the question When I started lifting I was about 12 years old and weighted about 100lbs so I could not bench much at all now I weigh over 200 pounds and I can bench alot more.

Default Stonger Now

I started a little over three years ago and could only get 135 for 2 times. The last time I maxed out on the bench was November 2005 and got 270 once.
