And it didn't help that out of my 5000+ posts I've made over the last few years.. only a few hundred if that still exist.
Old journals gone.. IMportant and informative posts gone... Its was very frustrating.

There are other boards that focus much, much more on training and journal/logs/diaries (whatever) than supplements and other BS.
And you can get real answers from lifters who know what the hell they are talking about.......rather than a 150 lb newbie answering your questions. Furthermore, you will get honest answers to your training.......rather than "good work bro", "everyone is different", blah blah blah. Aside from newbies coming on here and asking about supplements or streoids and getting flamed for it, you rarely see constructive criticism on this board. Just look at the dump area -- 26k freaking posts! Wow. Or look at the entire General Area -- nearly 35k posts! Almost as much as the rest of the damn board. You all can disagree with me all you want, and I am not interested in arguing - but this is the answer to your question. Another point - for the size of this board (# of members), there is a very small amount that keep training journals........IMO, that is the best place to learn about better training. I agree. There are other boards out there that seem much more constructive and more informative. This is a more personal board with much fewer members which is a plus. However, most people giving advice here are newbs or even not in the greatest of shape. There are very few on here who are really educated enough to be giving opinions on some things. I think if everyone posted pictures up, you'd be shocked by who your getting advice from. I find myself in better shape then many of the proclaimed information greats on this board. Either way, I like this board for discussion, but for advice and information i've been going elsewhere. I think this is s agreat board to start with, but once you hit a certain time frame it just gets too repetitive. Maybe a revamping is in order. More categories, and even better....company sponsors like AM. I really like how you have supp companys over there and even manufacturers. |

Yeah Poobs, you are right. The loss of information hurt and the post count going way down..
Oh TKGuy, I too had over 9,000 posts !! I know Fadi is busy a lot with work so he doesnt get on much. Vplayer still gets on here from time to time but yes, he is in the process of moving so he hasnt been on any board in awhile. I dont know about savvy.

dont lie Nite.... you had 1000 posts
oooops. I dont like bb.com as its very hostile and anti-noob. This place is filled with noobs but the atmosphere is friendly enough to warrant staying. I dont like websites where its generally myspace.com and its 90% journals, there is little to no training chat outside. And like bb.com, members with huge ego's just piss me off. I dont believe in applauding a 120lb matchstick man on 2lbs of growth but i do try and help that member when they ask for help.

![]() I still answer posts here and there, as best I can.. But I refuse to be a mod, with no powers. You need to trust your mods, or at least let the mods have the freedom to make decisions amoungst themselves as to whether someone should be banned or not. If Jim ever decided to trust his moderators a bit more, and relenquish some of his control, I'd be all for moding again. And I'm not suggesting we'd go on a banning spree, cause I'm sure we wouldn't, but I would of seen dave, lean and deific gone before the bullshiet went down. To bad you had to step down aswell.

I think though, as long as I have my freakishly large Avatar, I'll never leave this site.. it makes me special.
