Default cutting

I have been bodybuilding for a while and have been bulking also i am pretty satisfied with my sizr i have 15 1/2 inch biceps 44 1/2 inch chest 33 inch legs and so forth. I think it time to cut so i wanted to start running a mile a week and not eat as much is this the way to cut or am i diong it wrong i need some pointers. PLZ

You can cut down on your calories, but still eat healthy. Spread out you meals so you eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large. Youll probably need to do more cardio than 1 mile a week. Id suggest at least 3 days a week of doing cardio, since it sounds like you havent done much running in a while.
