Default Hemp Protein with........
Hello people,
I was on Whey there for a while and it wreaked my system as i am very sensetive to what i put in these days. I cant take weight gainers, mono creatine. I experence a lot if not all the possible side effects, upset tummy, passing really stinky wind! Going to the toilet a lot. Creatine side effects( insomnia, panicky feelings, relaps of anixety, numb feeling top of head ect. Im a recovering addict and went through serious anixety and stress problems and horrible depression. So when taking these products they affect my system as my nerves aint the best, even watching telly or the playstation triggers anixety and stress! But now i have come across Hemp protein which is the male cannibis plant and 100% natural. My stomach has cleared up a lot and im also taking Gaba which is an amazing product for anixety, depression, and growth which im now starting to notice! But what i want to know is, Is Hemp a good product for weight training. Im also taking Tribulus at night too with gaba at night!

Are you talking about hemp hearts. It is VERY nutritional product, for everyday life and bodybuilding as well. Have lots of protein and good fats. They are a little expensive though.

Not too sure man. But its powder food that you mix with water and has all the most important 10 Amino Acids and good fats and ya its Very good for you. Check it out on the net.

lol i know what hemp is, but u said CANNABIS plant, they are different things lol

i suppose the "female" plant is the gender taht produces the actually buds, so I guess i have no reason what so ever to say "YEAH BOY"
