Default last resort lifting....kinda funny story
today at school, there was apparently a mercury spill, so our entire rec center had to be evacuated. Of course, I was exactly half way through my bi's and tri's lift. To try and make up for the other half, I am doing diamond push ups and I loaded up my bookbag with all my biggest textbooks and I am doing curls with that. You gotta do what you gotta do man....

it was probably in the chemistry lab or something to that effect. your residnet BB4U hazardous materials/waste getter ridder of-er.

the email sent out to the student body was a mercury spill due to the breaking of a "medical device" in a student's bookbag.
