Default bulking might be the ticket???

You could try to eat more fiberous complex carbs like brochli,cauliflower,Kale,Leafy spinach and pound it down w/ a liter of H2O- H2o w/ make the fiberous foods swell and cause u to feel full for longer periods of time..just a thought.

6500 cals is not too much, you shouldnt be thinking your eating too much when bulking, you should be thinking your not eating enough

if you consistently eat more, you will consistently weigh more - if your working your muscles correctly, they will want to grow - your food will provide them with what they need to do so - you will consistently grow

i eat a 20/45/35 ratio.. no sugars.. 1-2 gallons of water a day and calories go by day.. i know my ****.. just put it that way.. but thanks fellas

well sometimes when you think your hungry your just thirsty, and I wouldn't worry about always being hungry, your a guy, my boyfreind eats soooo musch food and never gets fat, he hasnt been working out much either so its kind of annoying when i work out every week, and he dosnt work out eats whatever he wants and never ever gets fat. he also has a muscular body build, so its suprising he isnt fat. he can eat over 1000 cal (im guessing) in one sitting, every freaking day..your body will tell you if your hungry so eat. also, another thing if you have weird symptoms like thirsty all the time, hungry all the time, blurry vision, you could have the start of diabetes, so either you have a super fast metabolism, or something else.
