Hello all,
I just started working out in Jan. with the goal to get as big as I can by March. I have dumbbells, benchpress, and ab videos. Food wise I take whey protein and consume anything and everything. Is that pretty much all I need outside of joining a gym? I live in a small town were the gym is the same size as the post office. The only additions I could think of where creatine, online trainer, or possible bowflex. What of that? Thanks, John |
