Exactly, you can't expect to grow with junk food.So what if you don't have the time to cook , like me?So what if don't have a big appetite, like me?Take 2-3 shakes per day, that will help a LOT.

Well, we all hit a wall sometimes!
Take a week or two off, then add a shake or snack to your daily diet. When you are hungry eat more, or drink something like a glass of milk after you eat.
I like that you change your routine periodically.
Other than that good luck!

shakes can help if you cant eat more (no replacement of proper food), especially taken with milk, but never go for whey unless its after a workout - stick to casein - slowly absorbed

proper nutrition is key to gains - you are what you eat

Why is it everytime someone's progress stops they ignore the diet advice and switch the routine? what makes them think changing 3 sets to 4 or replacing one workout with another is going to all of a suddent produce a gain of 10lbs without eating enough calories to support the gain?

Now, if the argument was that they are gaining fat not muscle, then sure. Maybe the workout is not correct or they are eating too much. But if the weight is maintained, then no workout on earth is going to cause a weight gain because the body will not convert air into muscle. It needs food.
