Well, everyone, its that time of the month again...No, not PMS but GNC's GoldWeek.
It starts tonight and runs through the the 8th.

Im going tonight to see what deals are out there and pick up some glutamine.

Yeah, I go look for the items that are being marked way down due to close-outs or getting near the expiration date. You can get some darn good deals that way.

Other than that, I usually order on-line.

seems to me the only time that place gets any income is during goldweek... or anyday some noob strolls in asking for a 50 pound tub of monohydrate..

noobs keep GNC in business, but if you know what you are doing, GNC can be good in gold weeks and specials. I like their vitamins but that is pretty much what I get from there.

Do you have to be a member or have a card or anything to take advantage of Gold week, or is it lower prices for everyone.

The damn GNC around here, doesn't even post prices, so you have to ask about everything your interested in. I hate that place, but I do need some Whey Protein, Fish Oil, and maybe that Mega Mens Multi-VItamin

its $20/year membership I believe but they give you signup discount.

im gonna buy some monohydrate....

anyways buying on-line is the way to go if you include shipping it is still cheaper than GNC WITH the GC discount
