Not a good idea....

If your training properly, your muscle will need the rest and will start to rebuild post workout... if you go out later that day and blast them again, they aren't going to like it very much. And your sort of shooting yourself in the foot as far as recovery goes.

If you were on the other hand to do 2 different body parts per day.. and your schedule allowed for that much training time.. You could certainly do that... example triceps in the morning and biceps in the evening... or back in the morning, and shoulders at night...

But I'd stay away from combinations... of back and biceps... or chest and triceps.. since biceps support back exercises strongly, and tricep support chest exercises.

And I'd never considering doing more then just legs really hard once per day.. take the rest of the day off...

I used to do 2 day back when I only worked part time and could afford that life I have also read alot of BBers that work AM and PM.
When I did it I made sure I worked 2 different body parts between AM and PM.
Keep in mind, I was like 19 then so my body recovered alot faster back then. I think 2x a day now would kill me faster then Poobs could wolf down a 1/4 lb'er from McD's....lol ( I love cheapshots).
In the end, I would not suggest, as Poobs said. Work hard and you will not need to go 2x a day; or even want to.

as said, it wont work with the same body part for your everyday workout, but it can shock your system into new growth/strength if used correctly - which basically means, doing it as a one off when you have seemingly hit a wall with gains
