I am 5 11 and wiegh just below 200, i have a decent amount of body fat. my main goal is to get very defined not nessecarly big. I was going to start taking EAS Betagen and Isopure 0 Carb protien along with a low cal diet so i can burn off the fat. I have been doing 4 workouts per muscle and about twenty reps plus 30min of cardio. I am doing it right trying to get cut or should i change it up?
