Default natural mass - how it's done

Inside 3 months ive gained near to 2 stone, with only 1% increase in body fat - from 191lbs - 217lbs (2 days ago) - i am completely natural, and want to eventually compete in strongman - im willing to show people it is possible to naturally be a 300lb 'steroid monster' that actually isnt

Ive read that 10lbs of muscle in a full year is the most that should be expected to the serious weight trainer - and that no matter what your on, you cant gain any more than 1 pound of muscle a week - for the normal, everyday trainer, yes, 10lbs of muscle in a year would be great, 1lbs in week would probably be impossible - true

but theres some of us that are not exactly..'normal' - to these people, its balls to walls, everything i got, nothing will stop me, powered up pacman, 600%, never gonna quit, absolute ONSLAGHT!!! every single day - however, even a lot of these people will never get to the goals they set - why? lack of knowledge, an its not because there stupid, its because the world around provides them with imformation that it less than useful to them - why? because these are the 'normal' people

Its said that you should get the calories it takes to keep your own weight, then add 15% on it if you want to gain weight..15%, doesnt sound like a lot - BECAUSE IT ISNT!!! i can just straight up say you NEED to eat more than that to gain good amounts of muscle - fact

On a typical day i will eat a meal that is double the amount of some peoples food intake for the entire day - an that will just be breakfast! i will have 6 big meals and plenty of snacks, as much as 10 pints of milk - i can also go through 20 pints of water a day easy - they say to get big, eat big - WRONG - to get big, eat BIGGER! thats the key, thats the key to consistently getting bigger - consistently eating more - the more you eat, the bigger you get - GET YOUR EAT ON PEOPLE!

well its gone up and down, i was cutting for a few weeks of this time, i started off at 14%, an then went down to 12% when cutting, then went back up to 14%, started doing some proper bulking and its risen an stayed at 15% recently

When your gaining muscle fast, its harder than most think to put loads of fat on with a clean bulk, no matter how much you eat - an my diet is 9/10 days completely clean

cheers man

I was lifting for about 2 an a half years, where i also seen great gains - 45lbs in the first 6 months, 5% drop in body fat - then i had a year out due to personal issues, including money, and then an injury, ended up being a full year

ive been back training now for about 4 months

my routine wont work the same for others, its specifically for me - you have to use what works for you, an it takes a while to figure that out

currently i use:

front
rest until im not sore
back
rest until im not sore
front

Not that i want to spoil your excitment, but you have been out for a year and you have been back for 4 months.Your 2 1/2 years is coming back real fast because of muscle memory.

Thinking you can be a ¨natural 300lbs steroid monster¨ is far from being realistic. It's like if i say that i am making plans to have Carmen Electra and Jessica Alba in my bed at the same time.It just won't happen.

Trust me, if guys like Dorian yates and Ronnie coleman can't be 300lbs with an incredible amount of juice in their blood, nobody can do it naturally.BTW, don't worry about their diet, they also eat a lot, not to mention they rest just as much as they do that as a full time job.

^^Bump to Marty.
No way you will continue this growth rate.
Good luck though, by the way, how tall are you and what are your major measurements?

as far as the muscle memory goes, ive previously had gains better than what ive had in these last couple of months, as ive not been training for mass for much of this time, but ive developed differently this time (out of choice), going past how big ive been before in some areas, and gains have not slowed down

Im actually watching coleman's 'the unbelievable' right now, an hes saying he was 315lbs, but theres a lot of people over 300lbs, theres actually some very rare people who are 400+ ripped

we'll see if i can be a fairly ripped 300 pounder, without roids - its not gonna be easy, dont get me wrong, but i do think its possible, and im very willing to try
