just curosity to see what people listen to when they workout. I prefer Tool and Linkin Park

it all depends wat your style is. if you think your badass listen to rock, if your a redneck then listen to country. it doesnt matter wat you listen to. wat ever makes you work at your hardest and wat gets you pumped

i listen to a mix of lincoln park, prodigy and crystal method

anything is better than the crap they play in my gym
it is the cheesiest dance music definitely not motivating
thank god for ipod's
