Arrow Pain in the KNEE!

I've noticed lately now that I have stepped up my arms workout that I have been going week in the knees. It sometimes feels like the circulation is being cut off from my right leg and it kinda goes numb. Does anyone else have this happen?

I work my legs out a couple times a week very hard and they seem fine, but it's after a tough arm work out that they really bother me. I've tried everything even switched to stretching everyday.

any advice or knowledge is welcome, Thanks!!!!

Are you hydrating properly?

Going "weak at the knees" sounds very similar to being "light-headed"
Or maybe you're pushing too hard...

I am definately hydrating myself, but it's just my knee feels like I am doing my leg (right leg workout)when I am working my arms.

You think I am putting all the weight on my right leg? It's crazy. I don't know what the deal is...

i have bad knees and the pain goes on and off, do you notice any popping of ur knees when u bend them? it might be bad cartiladge or.... gout? lol, i doubt its gout, but either way go see a doctor.

fyi gout is related to excessively high uric acid levels

I was doing shoulders last week and my arm became numb all of a sudden. Doctor seemed to think that I may have done something to a mucsle in my should causing swelling which in turn pinched down on my ulna nerve.

Depending on the type of movement, you may have the same situation with a piched nerve somwhere which could cause numbness to your leg. Do you get the tingling feeling as well or is it just numb?

I would suggest mentioning it to your doctor or a chiropractor. They may have a better answer for you.

Hope it gets better soon!
