Default Feeling sick...should i workout (legs) tonight ??

So I been running a throat infection for 3-4 days and yesterday night i developed a cough. Been sneezing and developing phlegm since last night.

I may have a slight fever. I am not feeling extremely tired or fatigued, just feeling generally unwell like you feel when you have flu like symptoms.

My diet is on track, but I am wondering whether I should go to the gym tonight. I am supposed to be working my legs tonight.

At this point, I am inclined to go since I have weekend off as rest days and I ofcourse wont like to miss out on a good workout if I can. Plus seeing all the hotties in the gym may actually put me in a better mood than just lying on my bed.

Any pre cautions that you guys wanna thow in?

I'd still go if you don't think its anything serious. But then again I'm pretty religious when it comes to my routine. And make sure you are well hydrated.

Just back from the Doc.

Got like 6 medicines ..for
- cough
- runny nose
- aches
- throat
- antibiotics

No fever.
Doc says not to work out. "at best, you should do stretching exercices."

Muahahaha!! Stretching = Working out (NOT!!)

Anyway what does he know what is it to upset 2 fine sets of quads and hams by keeping them up on bed and not letting them swell and bound on the extension machines. I am all set to work out and pass out for the next 2 days, getting up only to take medicines and occasionaly think about the hot phillipino nurse i just saw.

Besides when in a year's time i reduce my BF from 33 to close to 15, I would have some war stories to tell.
