Default Water Weight

I drink alot of water throughout the day. Nearly a gallon or so. I notice that at the end of the day my stomach seems to bulge out more. Is this because of the water? I heard you can take on water weight and I have tried to not drink as much, but I become dehydrated very easily because I won't drink anything other than water.

Does anyone have any ideas as to a safe way to get rid of the extra water weight, if that is what my problem is? And doing extra cardio doesn't seem to be working. I even wear extra layers during cardio so that I will sweat more.

Sweat it out with a cardio or some type of excercise.

My girlfriend and I got my friend one of those heat trapping suits for christmas. Hes on the wrestling team and he always needs to shed all his water weight to make the weight class he's in. He loses a few pounds just while he's sleeping, just by wearing the suit and sweatpants under it.
You can get them at any big sports retail store for like 10-15 bucks.
