That one sounds like a fun time. ... to make it worse you should load all the weights on at first, making it like 350lbs, even though your max has at best been 200.... then ask a guy for a spot, and brag for about 10minutes on how you'll do 4 sets of 10-12. THEN you could have your cellphone ring (which you obviously had on you in your shorts pocket...because that makes friends at the gym) and then say "shucks i have to go, important call" and leave.

First off when someone spots me for sqaut there dong does not get close to packin the fudge at all, but even if that was the case, if you can't spot a guy because u might think it will look gay, than your already gay in my opinion.

glorious... absolutly glorious. If you ever get a chance to, if your spotting someone on the flat bench, move so your legs straddle there head and ask him in a obnoxious sound level if your balls smell or if "that damn whores rash went away yet"
