hmmm... he said he ate protein carb mix every 2hrs all day?? thats all he ate for the whole day? and another question he worked out for 2-3hrs for 6days aweek?? i thought that is overtraining and he got that much muscle and all for the movie?? hmm seems strange

this is what he would eat on an avg day
breakfast. 2 eggs, slce of avacado or almound butter, cup of oatmeal with applesauce snack. protein bar lunch. albacore tuna wrap or chicken and salad snack. protein shake, protein bar or apple and almounds dinner. broiled fish or chicken, brown rice, veggies and salad snack. protein shake

The part that grabs my attention most is this: "would start with 500 - 1000 sit-ups". Sounds like he's doing that daily - where don't most people say even for abs you should train only once or twice a week per bodypart? That just seems to contradict anything I've learned. :S
I think his physique is great, but that is confusing me. I know people's training needs differ but daily---> once or twice a week is quite a big difference. Any thoughts? |

people, people....dont get caught up with celebrities and their physiques....they have:
1. time: while we have to work and go to school, their job is to look good. 2. means: meaning the money to hire a one-on-one trainer, pay for good food and nutritionists, good supps, good everything! 3. method: trainers...good ones 4. appearance: people do their hair, make-up, clothes...everything! when he steps out in public or appears in front of a camera...he is prepped to look 120% everytime. 5: supps: dont think im a hater....but A LOT more people than you would like to think are on various meds. not just steroids, but also things like diuretics and fat burners youve never heard of that help them to look like how they look (if only for a few hours). |
