Not sure, are you exercising ? This can help increase levels plus I imagine since you lost a lot of weight, your circulation is much better which in turn will make blood flow to all your organs, including the one you are talking about, much better.

Yeep I'm doing the whole nine yards....
Just curious, what you all thought... All I can say is things are moving along really well. I read about legs exercises increasing Test levels a few minutes ago in a thread. Been doing them the whole time not to mention mucho cardio.. and since moving to a 4 day split 2 days ago (yesterday being legs)... I have now added Dead lifts and leg curls to squats, and leg extensions... I might be even more excited? lol

Higher Body Fat does not decrease test production (eating fatty food does lower test production though).
But what body Fat DOES do, is convert the Test you do have to Estrogen, lowering your overall Test level. Seeing the impressive gains you have made over the last few months (even with a calorie deficient diet), I would say you are blessed with some fairly high Test production. In the past, you were converting alot to Estrogen, limiting your, ehem, potential. Couple this with heavy weight training, your on the way. Keep Going, it will get even better. |

Poobah, I've been experiencing the same thing.. unfortunately I have no g/f to "express myself" in regards to that sort of.. release.. lol Getting in some extra forearm work outs.. lol
My sex drive has probably tripled in the past couple months. I'm sure my testosterone levels are going through the roof. My gains are becoming enormous. I went from 180 to 270 on iso mid rows in just the past month... 110 to 180 on the machine bench. 360 to 540 on leg press (full motion). Those have been my best gains, but I've had insane gains in everything. I love testosterone! and no, I'm not juicing. I did start taking Nitrotech protien a couple weeks ago though. BTW, Poobah.. I've been following (reading) your training journal. You're a badass! |
