Thanks vassille really appreciate it i noticed you said go to the gym 3 days a week not good to train mon - fri rest sat sun ? if so should i train mon wed fri ?
also do u think u can help me with setting out a split routine on the days i should be training so i can get into it before i start a cycle Thought while im replying ill tell you bout some of the **** im taking see if u can tell me better products or which **** doesent even work atm im taking 1x fish oil tablet in morning it has : 1000mg fish oil 300mg omega 3 marine triglycerides 180mg eicosapentaenenoic acid 120mg docosahexaenoic acid 1x centrum multivitamen one a day formula A to Zinc Vitamins 1x Blackmores joint formula 1x Tribulus T-40 And i take 3 shakes a day of Ultimate Nutrition Iso Extreme mass Gainer Link - Ultimate Nutrition Update - Gone from 72kg to 81kg Got some clembuterol today gonna start taking it to drop the gut and body fat is 4 grams a day or a table spoon enough and i heard u go on it 2weeks on 1 week off true or ? I took it some years back and dont remember ever helping but some ppl think it does help. Im kinda mix on it, I rather see you save the cash and buy food with it Everything else you take is fine. About clenbuterol....if you are on a gaining mode right now it will not be of much help because your caloric intake is far greater than what you need to shed fat. In other words it would be a waste to take it If you want to shed some fat on you non-workout days do cardio 30min first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 3 days a week and take sundays off. If you feel that you have the energy do 45 min. Now if you really want to shed more fat do not eat carbs past 7pm at night. Eat only protein and veggies. That's a lot of weight you've gained....good deal man! Anymore questions let me know

Haha ye sweet thnx man umm i went bought some new running shoes and **** today i plan to start doing some good running i heard about this HIIT program where u do 30 mins cardio but u stop and start to shed fat faster im going to read up on that at the moment seeing its close to summer i think im going to drop as much body fat as i can with the clembuterol then try my first cycle just as summer starts should give me a nice lean look for summer then after that put the clembuterol away and in winter ill eat like a horse and just bulk till the next summer and possibly try another cycle later on wen im more developed after the 1st cycle
Do you think you can help me work out a good split routine like what body parts to train say monday and then what body parts to train wed and so forth if you havent got time all good ill take a look around while i wait for a reply Edit thought i would try to lay out the cycle im going to use within next 2 weeks First Cycle Testosterone Enanthate Week 1 - 12 500mg/week 250mg on sun / 250mg on thurs PCT(Nolvadex) - 14 days after last shot ( I read you do it 14 days after let me no if thats wrong) week 1 - 40mg week 2 - 40mg week 3 - 20mg week 4 - 20mg Anti Estrogen's - ??? Hey guys well i finally got the stuff i wanted i ended up getting
2 x 10ml Primobolin Methenolone enanthate (Eagle Laboratories) 2 x 10ml Testosterone propionate (Red Dragon Lab) 2 x 10ml Testosterone Enanthate (Red Dragon Lab) 25 Dbol Tablets for starters 25 Anapolon tablets Havent got any pct or Anti-Estrogen Was told to do First Cycle Monday - 1ml test prop Wed - 1ml primbolin Friday - 1ml test prop After the 10ml vial of Test propionate is gone Change it to Test enanthate so Monday - 1ml Test E wed - 1ml Primbolin Friday - 1ml Test e Till all is gone said it would last me 10 - 12 weeks depending if i follow that Can anyone tell me if thats good to start off with or wat else i should add / stack and if i need PCT like clomid and Anti estrogens ? Thanks guys P.S i was told to not keep it refrigerated but its like 30ish degree's here should i keep it in my mini bar fridge with the temp set to and normal as possible or where should i keep it ? Test only for a first cycle. Forget about all that other sh!t. And test prop needs to be injected every other day minimum so 2x a week isnt gonna cut it.
