New to the forums just looking for info I've been reading around trying to take in as much info as I can. Took a cycle getting advice from a friend who really doesn't seem to know as much as I thought he did so now I am doing all the research myself.
Week 1-10 Test enanthate 500mg/week Week 1-5 Dianabol 40mg/day I was considering this cycle. 1) Age 23 2) Height, weight, bodyfat % 5 11 163lbs don't have a body fat number but it should be pretty low. 3) Weightlifting experience 2 years lifting 4) Goals 185 190 lbs 5) Diet 4k calories 280 pro 800 carb ( a lot of it comes from shakes which i know is bad still working on switching it all over to food. ) 6) Previous PH or steroid history I took a 250ml of deca 300 it was suppose to be a 2 bottle cycle but i crashed ( didnt have gear on deck lesson learned ) My question is if this cycle maybe a little to much for my body weight a lot of guys i see who use it are already in the 180s n 190s. Any info appreciated. |

Lol. I'm 23 but I was in a rush actual height I have no idea so I say 5 11 510 most the time weight changes dependin if I took a **** that day before the gym and amout of water I ddrank throughout the day. The age no excuse pwned de de deee.

yea i been digging around the site i saw the sticky on the requirements for it. wish i read it before i did the deca but when i took that it was the only time i saw some gains for a while. I tried the whole supplement stacks mixing and matching but still nothing. i am going to try upping my diet like mentioned above and seeing what happens. thanks for the input guys.

That cant be right cause that would be 3200 calories just from carbs. The numbers dont add up unless hes eating zero fat which would not be good.

800x4=3200 carbs 260x4=1040 protein ???? =fat Even if you can do it it's a bad diet
