Default Can't find the old info.

Anywho, I bought some prohormones right before the ban with the intent of using them in the future, and I feel confident that the time is right.
About Me-
Male, 24 yo
Weight training on-off for 6 years(no longer than 6 month stop usually due to work/ time contraints)
5'7" Stocky/overweight build
212 lbs right now, I'd like to drop down to 175.
I rarely go for "max" lifts, rather functional/usable strength, when i do stuff like bench presses, I usually rep with 100 lb DB's.
My typical day routine is up at 5.30, work in a refinery till lunch, spend half and hour warming up, and another half hour following a modified MAx-ot routine.
After work, I typically work on my house, or spend 1-3 hours for mma classes.
Mostly i am looking for fast twitch muscle gains, as well as weight loss.
Here is what i have-
3 bottles of 1AD
3 bottles of 4 androstenediol
2 bottles of 6OXO
1 bottle of superdrol(original)
1 Bottle of tamoxifencitrate
Could someone help me with a cycle to better achieve my goals?

Oh my diet is typically this-
6am 1 egg/ whole wheat bread sammich
9am repeat, plus fruit
12p 5 oz of protein meat(fish/chicken), 1 cup of green cooked veggies, 2 oz of whole wheat pasta/rice
3pm Protein shake
5pm basically a repeat of lunch
Anything past this is usually a bit of trail mix, or a light snack( I get hungry after working on the house)

Any help is appreciated.

Superdrol is pretty aggresive for a 1st timer, so use caution and all the liver/blood pressure supps with it, and check the stickies here and your inbox.....

I think that you should put those PH on the shelf for now and let's take a look at your diet.

First start with eliminating eating pasta 2x a day and bread that much bread. Look into oats and brown rice. Pasta and bread is a killer if you try to lose weight...it stays in your system up to 8 hours.
Second, try to get a calorie count of your daily food intake.

The pasta is at lunch, is either whole wheat pasta, or brown rice.
I'll knock out the bread with the 9am meal.
typically I shoot for my smaller meals to be around 200 cals, 1 egg and 2 slices of bread/english muffin work out to around that. No cheese, no ketchup, very little butter, or olive oil.
When i eat a snack, almonds, trail-mix and the like, I shoot for a prescribed serving, like 10 almonds ,small handful of trail mix, and thats it.
I use mydailyplate.com as a recorder for my caloric intake.
Typically i shoot for around 2-3K calories in a day, depending on what i am doing. If i am climbing ladders and stairs all day at work, then going to mma, if i don't add some more calories in there, i will feel like crap and get my butt whupped.

Agreed. Shelf the PHs for right now. If you're looking to lose weight those aren't going to help.

One quick observation is to eat olive oil....very good for you, good source of fat.
The caloric intake varies a lot from 2-3k. I would start that at 2500 right now if I were you. If you not active drop to 2200 cal/day if you very active go up to 2800. This may not be right on but it's a good starting point. Once you get it under control then you can make adjustments to drop weight.

Have some oats for bfast with egg whites. Good stuff
ALso, the best time to drop some fat is doing cardio in the AM. Personally I can't afford to not eat and do cardio, I will lose muscle but that's me...in your case it may work...give it a shot. Or just have a scoop of 100% protein to feed those muscles then do the cardio for 20min.
