Hi all,
I'm new to this forum so go easy In the process of researching epistane and have a number of questions; Ive never used any steroid of pro hormone before. I'm 5ft 11" and weigh 81kg and have a bodyfat level of about 12% I'm interested in the pulsing method. My main reason's being that i am to keep sides to a minimum and being a first timer i dont just want to jump into a 'full on' cycle. 1) However in all the info i find about this method it all says 3x a week on lifting days. My problem is i lift probably 4 and sometimes 5 days a week. Would i be better adapting my training split so that i only train 3 times a week or is there a better answer? 2) I'm planning on supplementing milk thistle, and maybe saw palmetto throughout. Any more recomendations or advice on what to supplement during the cycle? 3) Post cycle i was going to take something simple like Tribulus. Once again any info or recommendations would be appreciated! 4) I usually take PHD iso-synergy both pre and post workout. Will this product be ok to stack? I took 50mg for 6 weeks and don't even think I needed the Nolva. Got good gains off it too, about 10 pounds and my lifts are still increasing.

To get nolva or what-not google RESEARCH CHEMICALS, and find a SERM for lab rats.
I just finished a 5 week cycle of epistane going up to 50mg the last week and a half, and all I got for sides were back pumps and lethargy. Nips and nuts were fine. I just started week 3 of PCT, but I used tamoxifen citrate (liquid nolva) dosed low (since no sides) at 20,20,10,10, and at week 3 (this week) I started ALRI's RESTORE, which is an AI ( prevents estro rebound=man boobs), test boost, and cortisol control. I also added Alpha drive for a natural test booster, but read conflicting reviews on wether or not it works. RESTORE should be enough for t-boosting, anyway. And some plain old creatine-monohydrate. I stayed with fish oil, milk thistle, and Anabolic Innovations Cycle support, which has all kinds of natural goodies, although it tastes like ass. I saved the cycle support for 40mg and up, so I got enough left for cycle number 2. I went from 237 to 252.5, so a 15.5 pound gain, and added weight and reps to lifts like a madman. I lost a couple pounds so far, but I think after starting the test-boost in PCT I should get that back and hopefully some more. I was at a standstill the first week of PCT, but think I overtrained myself, but have gained on lifts in week 2 so far. And you have a PM
