Default Taking Mdrol during CKD(keto) diet?

Not sure but some PS's work best with a high-carb diet to make good gains.....not sure if the superdrol clones are one of 'em....

Carbohydrates are essential to the muscle building process regardless of what youre taking.

You can't do both at the same time....If you do some days low carbs to lose fat and some high carb days to help build muscle that's what it's refered to in most cases as losing fat while gaining some muscle. If you constantly keep low carbs it is very very hard to build muscle....

well, i'm on day 5 and i haven't changed my diet at all. Still low carb CKD keto diet. I haven't done a carb up in two weeks. I've gained 5lbs of lean mass so far, no bloat, no increased body fat.

You havent gained 5lbs of lean mass in 5 days. If you think you have, you seriously have no clue.

Sorry.

How's the arms coming - look like Statham or Wallace yet?

I'm with mitch on this one...I'm having a hard time believing that much gain. Better check again.

Have you been weighing yourself at the same time of day? I can get about 4 pounds difference from early AM to later in the evening, or even after a big poop .

First thing before breakfast is the best time, for future reference.
