My Message to all the good fellows on this forum.
I’m sure many already know who I am and what I stand for, and what I do for a living “I’m am a Lic NP in a Mexico based clinic for those who do not” I must apologize for some deception about my location in the beginning, it was just one of those things when dealing with open forums. I want to take the time to personal thank Vassile and Jim, for allowing us to post your forum link for our patients who are involved in Physical therapy, and even advancing to the higher ranks of fitness, of course not to your level or mine. Today at the clinics gym I was training 13 members in A circuit training course, and all the members had been really talking you guys up, as for most, this is the fist time for them to see this kind of site, one of my guys asked why should there be moderation? And thank the god for sites like elite fitness, and anonymous bodybuilding, as I was able to show exactly why you must have proper moderation if you are to stick within the subject at hand. My patients are not advanced or even close to most of you like I said, but I must say I am proud to have you part of our news letter, fellows you are helping improve the lives of others who truly need it, this should make you feel pretty good. . Sorry for being so short but I am about to be forced on a vacation as I have beEn told I have not been able to deal with my personnel losses over the last couple of years. I am a stubborn f*** and deep down I know I must! But what do you do on a vacation alone? Sure I have Buddies in some of the nicest spots this country has to offer, and all is great in the daytime, it is the night when you are alone. I most likely will be right back on the forums, whether this one or the dozens I spend time with. I tried to explain, I truly think I have became a liability at this point “too much self medication ! Anyway my point of the thread was to thank all you fellows! And please if you may see post that is off the wall, think before flaming. All my people know that they will make it clear how they found you.

Nice to share your thoughts with us bro, thats respectable.
Hang in there bro, take it day by day. Take that vacation, mingle a bit, get out there where the action is and just try to live each moment as it happens. Easier said than done bro, I completely understand. Good luck to you
