Im going on my 7th shot of test and deca and have only came up about 6lbs..
Can you guys send me some workouts and what i should b eating to come up..
I only have 3shots left so soon would be better..

Brother 7th shot of what dose and how often of your Test, Deca and 6lbs is good if it is not all water! please give all details, dosage of each and how long is the cycle for starters?
