yeah I got caught with a bad leg injury and have been pretty immobile for a while. Was hoping to get a nice start back into training but it's seeming impossible to lift anything right now. Can't even bench 80kg it's really ****ing depressing man

I think you ought to get someway back to what you were. You could use the gear to get back to what you was, but that's a waste of time no?
You should be using gear to get beyond your limit. Right now, it seems that you're carrying way to much bf and your lifts are far to weak to make a cycle worth while. |

I took off pretty much all summer due to work and enjoying the sun, and decided this winter was the one to try something mild. So I got some Epistane, and am almost finished figuring out my PCT (PITA is what it is, and expensive).
Anyway, I've been back lifting just about a month, and "pre-loading" w/ milk thistle and fish oils, and have gained back almost everything I lost in that short of time ( which I guess I really didn't lose too much), and am hoping the EPI will keep the "muscle memory" growth rates a truckin, and gain more then what is usually expected during a cycle. So yeah, save the gear for after you've gotten close to where you were. No point in wasting all the time and $ to get where you could fairly easily without it.
