problem with xtreme tren (tri-city)

Hi, i'm on day 4 right now and i'm dosing 90mg a day spread out evenly. Lately i've noticed i can feel my heart thump in my chest, kinda like when your are really nervous however w/o the increased heart rate. I read that it could be heart palpitations but i wasn't sure so i wanted to get some more input of if i should stop or if this isn't a big problem. thanks in advance..
